Welcome to Om Arihant Dryfruit. By using our mobile application or placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of Our App
You agree to use our app only for lawful purposes and provide correct and complete information while placing an order.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, images, descriptions and packaging information. Actual product appearance, colour, size or packaging may vary slightly from the images shown in the app.
Product availability may change from time to time.
3. Prices
All product prices displayed in the app are subject to change without prior notice.
The final price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation, along with any applicable delivery charges or other charges.
4. Orders
An order placed through the app is subject to product availability and confirmation by Om Arihant Dryfruit.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity or other genuine reasons.
5. Payment
Customers may pay using the payment methods made available in the app.
Customers should never share their UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV or OTP with anyone claiming to represent Om Arihant Dryfruit.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, delivery partner availability, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds will be considered according to the applicable return/refund policy of Om Arihant Dryfruit.
For food and dry-fruit products, returns may be subject to product condition, packaging condition and applicable laws.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with the order details and, where applicable, photographs of the product/package.
9. Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts and coupons may have specific terms, validity periods and eligibility conditions.
Om Arihant Dryfruit reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer according to its applicable terms.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking their order details before confirming the purchase, including product, quantity, address and contact information.
11. Intellectual Property
The content available on the app, including the shop name, logo, images, text, graphics and other materials, belongs to Om Arihant Dryfruit or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published in the app.

Om Arihant Dryfruit App
लागू दिनांक: 1 ऑक्टोबर 2026
Om Arihant Dryfruit च्या मोबाइल अॅप किंवा ऑनलाइन स्टोअरचा वापर करून किंवा त्याद्वारे ऑर्डर देऊन आपण खालील नियम व अटी मान्य करता.
1. अॅपचा वापर
अॅपचा वापर फक्त कायदेशीर कारणांसाठी करावा. ऑर्डर देताना ग्राहकाने योग्य आणि पूर्ण माहिती देणे आवश्यक आहे.
2. उत्पादने
आम्ही अॅपमध्ये उत्पादनांची योग्य नावे, फोटो, माहिती आणि पॅकेजिंगची माहिती देण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो. प्रत्यक्ष उत्पादनाचा रंग, आकार, स्वरूप किंवा पॅकेजिंग अॅपमधील फोटो किंवा माहितीसोबत थोडेफार वेगळे असू शकते.
उत्पादनांची उपलब्धता वेळेनुसार बदलू शकते.
3. किंमत
अॅपमध्ये दाखवलेल्या उत्पादनांच्या किंमती पूर्वसूचनेशिवाय बदलू शकतात.
ऑर्डरच्या वेळी दाखवलेली आणि ऑर्डर कन्फर्म करताना लागू असलेली किंमत ग्राहकाला लागू राहील. त्यासोबत लागू असल्यास डिलिव्हरी चार्ज किंवा इतर शुल्क आकारले जाऊ शकते.
4. ऑर्डर
अॅपद्वारे दिलेली ऑर्डर उत्पादन उपलब्धता आणि Om Arihant Dryfruit कडून ऑर्डर कन्फर्म होण्याच्या अधीन आहे.
उत्पादन उपलब्ध नसणे, चुकीची किंमत दाखवली जाणे, संशयास्पद किंवा फसवणुकीची ऑर्डर किंवा इतर योग्य कारणांमुळे ऑर्डर रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार आम्ही राखून ठेवतो.
5. पेमेंट
अॅपमध्ये उपलब्ध असलेल्या पेमेंट पद्धतींचा वापर करून ग्राहक पेमेंट करू शकतात.
कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV किंवा OTP देऊ नये, जरी ती व्यक्ती Om Arihant Dryfruit कडून बोलत असल्याचे सांगत असेल.
6. डिलिव्हरी
ग्राहकाने दिलेल्या पत्त्यावर उत्पादनाची डिलिव्हरी केली जाईल.
डिलिव्हरीचा वेळ लोकेशन, उत्पादनाची उपलब्धता, डिलिव्हरी पार्टनर, हवामान, सुट्ट्या किंवा आमच्या नियंत्रणाबाहेरील इतर कारणांनुसार बदलू शकतो.
योग्य आणि पूर्ण डिलिव्हरी पत्ता व मोबाईल नंबर देण्याची जबाबदारी ग्राहकाची आहे.
7. ऑर्डर रद्द करणे
ऑर्डर प्रक्रिया किंवा डिस्पॅच होण्यापूर्वी केलेली cancellation request स्वीकारली जाऊ शकते.
ऑर्डर प्रक्रिया झाल्यानंतर किंवा डिस्पॅच झाल्यानंतर ऑर्डर रद्द करणे शक्य नसेल.
8. Return आणि Refund
Om Arihant Dryfruit च्या लागू Return/Refund Policy नुसार Return किंवा Refund चा विचार केला जाईल.
Food आणि Dry-fruit products साठी उत्पादनाची स्थिती, पॅकेजिंगची स्थिती आणि लागू कायद्यांनुसार Return ची अट लागू होऊ शकते.
चुकीचे, खराब किंवा नुकसान झालेले उत्पादन मिळाल्यास ऑर्डरची माहिती देऊन शक्य तितक्या लवकर आमच्याशी संपर्क साधावा. आवश्यक असल्यास उत्पादन किंवा पॅकेजचे फोटो मागितले जाऊ शकतात.
9. Offers आणि Discounts
Discounts, Coupons आणि Promotional Offers साठी स्वतंत्र अटी, वैधता आणि पात्रता लागू होऊ शकते.
लागू अटींनुसार Om Arihant Dryfruit कोणतीही Offer बदलण्याचा किंवा बंद करण्याचा अधिकार राखून ठेवते.
10. ग्राहकाची जबाबदारी
ऑर्डर Confirm करण्यापूर्वी उत्पादनाचे नाव, Quantity, पत्ता आणि मोबाईल नंबर योग्य आहेत याची खात्री करण्याची जबाबदारी ग्राहकाची आहे.
11. बौद्धिक संपदा
अॅपमधील Shop Name, Logo, Photos, Text, Graphics आणि इतर सामग्री Om Arihant Dryfruit किंवा संबंधित मालकांची मालमत्ता आहे. परवानगीशिवाय ती Copy किंवा वापरता येणार नाही.
12. नियम व अटींमध्ये बदल
आम्ही वेळोवेळी या नियम व अटींमध्ये बदल करू शकतो. नवीन नियम व अटी अॅपमध्ये प्रकाशित केल्या जातील.
