1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment, where applicable.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
- Customized or special orders may require additional processing time.
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery time may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery timelines shown at the time of placing the order are estimates and may change.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
- Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order weight and delivery service.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and mobile number.
If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information through the app, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other available communication methods.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier or delivery partner may attempt delivery again according to their applicable policy.
7. Damaged Package

1. ऑर्डर प्रक्रिया
- ऑर्डरची पुष्टी झाल्यानंतर आणि लागू असल्यास पेमेंट यशस्वी झाल्यानंतर ऑर्डरवर प्रक्रिया केली जाते.
- साधारणपणे ऑर्डर 1–2 कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत प्रक्रिया केली जाते.
- रविवार किंवा सार्वजनिक सुट्टीच्या दिवशी आलेल्या ऑर्डरवर पुढील कामकाजाच्या दिवशी प्रक्रिया केली जाऊ शकते.
- Customized किंवा Special Order साठी अतिरिक्त वेळ लागू शकतो.
2. डिलिव्हरीचा कालावधी
- साधारणपणे डिलिव्हरीसाठी 3–7 कामकाजाचे दिवस लागू शकतात.
- हवामान, सार्वजनिक सुट्ट्या, कुरिअरमधील विलंब किंवा आमच्या नियंत्रणाबाहेरील इतर कारणांमुळे डिलिव्हरीला अधिक वेळ लागू शकतो.
- ऑर्डर देताना दाखवलेला डिलिव्हरीचा कालावधी अंदाजे असू शकतो.
3. शिपिंग शुल्क
- शिपिंग शुल्क लागू असल्यास ऑर्डर confirm करण्यापूर्वी checkout वेळी दाखवले जाईल.
- डिलिव्हरीचे ठिकाण, ऑर्डरचे वजन आणि उपलब्ध डिलिव्हरी सेवेनुसार शिपिंग शुल्क बदलू शकते.
4. डिलिव्हरीचा पत्ता
ग्राहकाने योग्य आणि पूर्ण डिलिव्हरी पत्ता तसेच मोबाईल नंबर देणे आवश्यक आहे.
चुकीच्या किंवा अपूर्ण माहितीमुळे डिलिव्हरी होऊ न शकल्यास अतिरिक्त डिलिव्हरी शुल्क लागू होऊ शकते.
5. ऑर्डर ट्रॅकिंग
Tracking सुविधा उपलब्ध असल्यास ग्राहकाला App, SMS, WhatsApp, Email किंवा उपलब्ध इतर माध्यमातून Tracking माहिती दिली जाऊ शकते.
6. डिलिव्हरीला विलंब किंवा डिलिव्हरी न होणे
आमच्या नियंत्रणाबाहेरील कारणांमुळे ऑर्डरला विलंब झाल्यास किंवा डिलिव्हरी होऊ न शकल्यास ग्राहकाला आवश्यक ती मदत करण्याचा आम्ही प्रयत्न करू.
डिलिव्हरीच्या वेळी ग्राहक उपलब्ध नसल्यास, कुरिअर किंवा डिलिव्हरी पार्टनरच्या नियमानुसार पुन्हा डिलिव्हरीचा प्रयत्न केला जाऊ शकतो.
7. खराब किंवा नुकसान झालेला पॅकेज
डिलिव्हरीच्या वेळी पॅकेज खराब किंवा फाटलेले दिसल्यास ग्राहकाने शक्य तितक्या लवकर Om Arihant Dryfruit शी संपर्क साधावा आणि शक्य असल्यास पॅकेजचे फोटो किंवा संबंधित माहिती द्यावी.
8. डिलिव्हरीची उपलब्धता
